Do I need credits to order something?
No. Ordering anything, yours or anyone else's, never uses credits. Credits are only for creating designs, and packs of 300 credits and up add a discount on your orders.
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is printed fresh when you order. Printing typically takes a day, shipping another 2–5 business days, US only for now. It's made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
It was made just for you, so no returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Check the size chart before you order. Quality problems are always on us.
How do credits work?
Credits go toward generating images: every image is full print-ready quality, fast generation uses 10 credits each and relax generation uses 5 at half price. You get free credits every day, and the credits you buy never expire. Browsing, publishing, and ordering products never use credits.
Do I need to know how to design?
No. Even something as loose as “I want something cool” works. Minutes later the AI comes back with polished designs you might not need to tweak at all. Everything after that is on us, from printing to shipping. If you can put it into words, you can make it.
What can I put my design on?
