Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time — we're working on it!
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. The exact amount is always shown before you pay — no surprises.
3. Production & Delivery Times
Because every item is printed on demand, your order goes through two stages:
- Production: typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product;
- Shipping: typically 3–8 business days after production, depending on the carrier and destination.
These are estimates, not guarantees. High order volumes, holidays, or carrier delays can extend delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check the latest status anytime on your order page.
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and such orders are not eligible for a refund. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, reach out at support@unsame.ai and we'll investigate with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for how confirmed lost packages are handled.
